Unlock the Power of Play: Enhancing Student Growth and Classroom Cohesion through Games

Course Description
Playing may seem purposeless but holds educational value. Games prompt self-reflection, enhance self-awareness, and foster communication and cooperation, boosting emotional and social intelligence. Players express creativity while respecting rules, improving concentration and self-regulation.

This course will teach you to use games in your classe to enhance your students’ capacities of self-expression, and promote their personal (i.e., cognitive, emotional, and social) development. It will also help you create a more cohesive group, thus improving the quality of both your pupil’s learning and your experience as a teacher.

The course introduces various types of games: uninhibited and cohesive games to build trust within a community, expressive games for storytelling and communication, and relaxing games to promote emotional growth. As a participant, you’ll actively play and discover new games, coming prepared in comfortable clothing. Learn to create a more comfortable class environment, fostering personal and social growth among your pupils and strengthening teacher-student relationships.
